Description

ABS and Heat Resistant Filament!
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) filament is a thermoplastic polymer recognized for its resistance, toughness and dimensional stability. This material is highly impact and heat resistant, making it ideal for applications requiring durability and stability under high temperature conditions. Additionally, ABS is known for its excellent interlayer adhesion, resulting in high quality and precision 3D prints. Its chemical composition makes it less prone to shrinkage during the printing process compared to other filaments, making it a popular choice for technical and functional parts. With a wide extrusion temperature window, ABS offers flexibility in print settings and is compatible with a variety of 3D printers.
Key Features:
Material: Our ABS filament is primarily composed of recycled materials, making it an environmentally friendly and sustainable option.
Heat Resistance: With excellent heat resistance, ABS filament is ideal for applications requiring durability and dimensional stability under high temperature conditions.
Strong and Durable: ABS is known for its strength and durability, making it suitable for a wide range of 3D printing projects.
High Printing Speed: GST3D ABS is optimized for high printing speed, reaching up to 350 mm/s.
Technical specifications:
Presentation: 1kg of ABS filament.
Recommended Printing Temperature: It is recommended to print at an extrusion temperature between 220°C and 240°C for best results.
Print Speed: Optimal print speed may vary depending on printer settings and part design, but our ABS can reach speeds of up to 350 mm/s.
Bed Temperature: A bed temperature between 80°C and 100°C is recommended to improve adhesion and reduce warping. You should always use a closed machine, of course there are ways to print without having the machine locked.
Dare to Innovate with ABS! With GST3D ABS Filament, you can take your 3D printing projects to the next level, obtaining high-quality, long-lasting results even at high printing speeds. Place your order today and experience the difference ABS can make in your creations!

Printing Tips

ABS:
Temp: 240-250
Speed: Up to 300mm/s
Coating Fan: on certain printers by test 0% - 20%.
Bed: 100 degrees for the first 15 minutes before printing and then down to 80 at the start of printing
Filling: Depends on the part
It is recommended that the machine is closed or in a place where it does not receive air currents and change the temp as it can create warping and cracking in the piece.
