The ALL IN ONE filament is used to print a variety of objects, including:

Here are some tips for printing with AIO filament:

1. Ensure the first layer is correct:
As mentioned, AIO has less warping than ABS and PETG, but it still requires careful attention. Make sure your 3D printer is well-calibrated to produce a good first layer. This involves two key points: leveling the bed properly and adjusting the distance between the hotend and the bed.

2. Print with a heated bed to improve adhesion:
If you don’t have a heated bed, forget about printing with AIO. AIO filament requires a lot of heat to prevent cracking due to thermal deformation (almost as much as ABS), so you’ll need a heated bed set to 80°C-100°C to prevent this from happening. Additionally, enhance bed adhesion by using glue stick, some type of plastic compound, painter’s tape, or our favorite, 3D printer spray adhesive. Also, always try to print with a bit of ‘Brim’ with a thickness of 8 to 15 layers to avoid surprises later.

3. Calibrate temperatures accurately:
This is crucial and highly dependent on your printer. AIO filament has a melting temperature range of 240°C to 260°C, so it’s important to have the hotend thermistor well-adjusted for such high temperatures (as the teflon inside the hotend could carbonize). And remember, it’s always better to err on the side of higher temperatures rather than lower ones.

4. Be cautious with the layer fan:
Many printers nowadays come with a layer fan that is controlled through your slicer program. For AIO filament, excessive layer cooling can lead to part breakage, so we recommend either disabling it or setting it to run at 20% to 30% of its capacity.
